INFORMATION ON PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Dear customers. This document is intended to provide you with information on the conditions under which we execute processing of personal data provided by you. We collect personal data about our existing customers with whom we have entered into a contract, but also about our potential customers who are interested in our services or whom we have addressed with our proposal.
The Controller of your personal data is trading company manica s.r.o., registered office at Baarova 309/18, Michle, 140 00 Prague 4, ID: 024 05 474, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. C 219234, (hereinafter only as “Controller”).
Primarily, we process your personal identification data and contact details that you have provided to us, including bank account details. For these purposes, we process your name, surname, date of birth (or, for some customers, birth registration number), address (permanent residence and contact address, if applicable, telephone number and email) and the post or job position of the person authorized to represent a legal entity.
We process your data due to existing contract between you and our company. We also process your data if you act as a contact person or a person authorized to represent a legal entity, as well as for purposes of performing a public interest activity or a legitimate interest of an administrator.
We process all personal data for purposes of fulfilling our legal obligations, fulfilling the terms under contracts entered into with you, and further development of our business relationship and business activities, i.e. for sending business and informative communication informing you about our company activities as well as about additions to our services portfolio.
When processing personal data, we always proceed in a way to ensure that all GDPR protection standards are met.
If you have given us your explicit consent to abovementioned processing, you may revoke it at any time.
Our legitimate interests in the processing of personal data are namely further development of business activities connected to offering our services and goods, as well as legitimate interest in the further economic development of our company.
Other entities (Processors) who are our contracting partners and are participating in our business activities have also access to your personal data. These entities also guarantee protection according to GDPR standards and entered into data protection contracts regarding our customer’s personal data with us. Further, in accordance with our internal regulations, only authorized persons with scope of work related to the processing of personal data have access to your personal data within our company. We transmit the data outside of our company only if you gave us your permission to do so, or if it is enshrined in legal regulations, or in case it is necessary in order to render a service, and only if it is necessary to achieve one of the abovementioned purposes.
If you already are our customer, we keep your personal data for the whole duration of the contract and subsequently, for the period necessary to secure the legal claims under such contract, i.e. for as long as our mutual rights and obligations could be the subject of litigation.
With regard to the limitation periods defined by the Civil Code, we will store your personal data for 10 years following the termination of our contractual relationship. Personal data contained in documents for which the law prescribes longer archiving period will be retained for the duration prescribed by law.
It is your right to contact us anytime with any question related to personal data processed by us. Also, you may ask for erasure or rectification of your data anytime. It is also your right to ask for restriction of processing personal data relating to your person. You may also transmit data processed by us to another Controller of data. Furthermore, you may raise an objection against the abovementioned personal data processing. If an objection is raised against processing for purposes of direct marketing, we will make sure that your personal data is no longer processed for these purposes.
